What exactly is this crowdfunding?

It is a participatory scheme that allows our guests, friends and supporters (the “Friend Investors”) to become co-owners of Hôtel Neuvice by buying specific shares (class B shares). Your investment helps co-finance the hotel’s major extension project, while giving you exclusive benefits in kind and a potential capital gain over time.

What is the minimum amount and how does the purchase work?

The minimum ticket is €1,000 (1 share). To spare you notary fees and complex paperwork, we have set up a direct mechanism: you buy a share for a symbolic €1 from the company JPS (which already holds them), then you “pay up” that share by transferring the €1,000 directly to a dedicated Hôtel Neuvice account.

Can I get my money back or sell my shares?

Yes, your money is not locked in. From the moment you subscribe, an agreement guarantees you a put option after 3, 6 or 9 years. If you wish to exercise it at those dates, the company irrevocably undertakes to buy back all of your shares.

Will I make a capital gain when I sell?

Very likely! The buy-back price of your shares will be calculated by comparing the revenue actually generated by the hotel with the initial targets of our business plan. The longer you keep your shares (up to 9 years) and the more successful the hotel is, the bigger your gain, up to +54% (if results exceed our forecasts by 150% after 9 years).

What exactly will the funds be used for?

The funds raised will finance the completion of the final phase of the extension (including an indoor pool, new rooms and a training room). They will also be invested in sustainable, eco-friendly equipment such as solar panels, heat pumps or a cogeneration system. As the operation involves no intermediary platform or commission, 100% of your investment goes into the project.

Can I invest to give the shares as a gift?

Absolutely! It is a particularly original and lasting gift. Simply enter the recipient’s details in the documents and sign “on behalf of”. Your loved one will receive a personalised certificate of acquisition stating the privileges (breakfasts or overnight stay) they are entitled to.
