Since opening in 2012 in the heart of Liège’s historic centre, Hôtel Neuvice has continued to grow thanks to your loyalty. Today, we are proud to announce a major milestone in our history: a large expansion project, with the opening planned for February 2027.
To meet your expectations while keeping our boutique-hotel spirit, the hotel will gain 21 new rooms and 6 aparthotels, as well as new living spaces: a wellness area, a wine bar and a reception room. This project is part of our commitment to the city’s tourism revival, while preserving the historic heritage of the neighbourhood.
To finance the final phase of the works and the installation of sustainable equipment (such as solar panels and heat pumps), we have chosen conviviality and proximity: we are launching our own crowdfunding campaign.
Our goal? To bring together a true community of ambassadors around our hotel, by offering you the opportunity to become a co-owner of Hôtel Neuvice.
