Breakfast and brunch
Held in the Bassompierre printers' workshop, the breakfast buffet is composed of organic and local products from the best food artisans in the Historic Center, for a complete experience of Liege.
Breakfasts are served from
7 to 10 am on weekdays
8 to 11 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Brunch at the Hotel Neuvice is every Sunday starting at 11 a.m.: a joyful, local feast: €58/two guests (reservation required).
Bar
At noon, sip an aperitif in the inner courtyard... Join us in the late afternoon in the library for the tea.
Work and celebrate
At our hotel, work is seen as a natural part of urban living: collaborating, exchanging ideas, creating and recharging your batteries in the same place.
From autumn 2026, our hotel will be transformed into a hybrid space for reflection and sharing. A large room (complemented by a small lobby) that can be adapted to suit your needs will be available for conferences and group events. We will also offer a meeting room for 12 people and more informal spaces, such as the ‘co-working café’ located in the hotel annex.
